I am selling my town khrotopia. I am asking 90k obo. This is a town to sell to a president+ who does not want to pay 150k+ (or what ever additional towns run). It has almost nothing in the town. It has been severely mine out by the person who I first sold it to. This person gave it back because i asked him to, since I have returned to Ecocitycraft. I believe there is room for additional towns on 2 sides (you would have to check). I am selling khrotopia because I want to move farther out and because I need the money to help with getting president. town features -3 unobtainable fishing tables -small melon farm for food while you start up the town -It has a cool name I am willing to make a contract so that I can't reclaim the town and so the trade if official. (I am not planning to reclaim the town.
