FOR 85k you will: Get to pick the placement of the new town, Get a contract agreeing that I will give you full ownership of the town permanently (Written by Revan Pos.) Get in the contract agreement that I will apply for any town features (IE portal, PVP) at no additional charge (You will have to provide the money for the features of course) Again this will be my president town, however I am putting in 100k towards the rank so you just pay the 85k as you would to purchase someones mayor town!
