It is a three story high 200x200 pumpkin farm, but for those who do not like farming pumpkins, I have also installed wheat and melon farms inside it too. It has a two layer roofing: one layer of dirt to grow pumpkins and other crops, another layer to prevent accidental holes from being made while farming. I call this revolutionary new patented pumpkin farming design FarmaMax™. The farm also has a brand new 9x200 semi-automatic wheat farm that is cleared by water, all connected onto one lever. With one simple push of a button, thousands of EcoDollar's worth of wheat and seeds are ready to collect. Bordering the three 200x200 farm is a huge melon farm, encasing the three stories and waiting to be farmed. I am also happy to say that my farm has the largest glass room in EcoCityCraft, a huge 200x200 glass room just for the AFK railway! Yes, this AFK railway can be ridden by any player so the pumpkins grow even faster than they do now with my efficient design. It has been designed to travel through every single chunk in the farm, to ensure maximum crop production. And to top it off, my Casino Roulette is located on the roof for any people that want to take a small risk for big money!

This farm took me one month to build and about $400,000-$450,000 to build.

Perms for farms like these usually go for about $12,000-$15,000 per level, so I would say the price of perms for my farm should go around $35,000-$45,000.
