Hello, as you can tell by the title I am selling an Eff10 Shovel. If I deem you trustworthy, I will accept a payment plan. I am just trying to get rid of it, so I'm willing to take a price you won't be able to find anywhere else. Many people think this tool is useless, however it is absolutely amazing for excavating and efficiently clearing land. I certainly wouldn't be selling it if I didn't have another one. Hey Alpert, I am very interested in getting an Efficiency 10 shovel. How much would you be asking for it? And if it were to be a payment plan would it be a greater price? How much time would you allow?
I would greatly appreciate for you to pay of other current debts I know you have before going into more debt. I'm simply looking out for what I feel is best for the both of us. I don't want to be put into a situation where you weren't able to fulfill both debts, and need more time. I completely trust you, and if I still have the shovel when your current debt is paid off I would be more than willing to discus some sort of payment plan with you. Also, if I am incorrect in saying you have other debts let me know. If that is the case we can discuss things further.
I currently owe Oxwood a bit of money but not for another 8 weeks. I currently have a few users who owe me money also. If worse comes to worse I could always sell my spawnshop or the Star Shovel in order to pay off the debts. But I am not planning on doing that so I will make sure I have whatever money is needed.
Please say if I am intruding, but to feel safe doing this I would like to know exactly who owes you money and how much they owe you. Also, when it's due.
