    What's the point in saying to make offers then stating you will only go as low as 19k?

    Maybe someone is willing to pay 19k, but someone else is willing to pay 22k. It's so other people know where he draws the line, and if they want to go higher, that's fine.

    Also, 19k may be the initial price he's looking for, and if anyone else wants to pay higher, fine by him.

    But why would some pay any higher than 19k knowing full well he will be just fine taking that price for it.

    Fine, ill edit it to willing to negotiate but still u arent able to go lower than 19k.
    For example if u pm me saying 19k, I might say 21k.
