I have over 5100 XP in a trade sign waiting for the first person to get it. Price is 16k. The sign is in the basement of my house in Blue Lagoon Town portal is on floor 18, straight ahead to red wool, 3rd portal on the left. My house is directly behind the portal. First person there gets it!
