I have recently finished building a 200x200 town and I have chosen to split it into 48x48 which will be directly next to each other. So there will be a total of 16 plots for sale. There will be no roads or paths between these plot. Though they are perfect for farms which I can let you sell perms to etc. You could even build plots within them and sell them, I will be willing to add them to the town.
