I was one of the people that was fooled into buying a plot in Ionis with the expectation it would be transferred over, i payed 2300 ecodollars and my friend (jayzu) payed 2000 (we split the cost) for one plot. then i heard that now i will be compensated for it. but today when i asked antcubing if he was going to pay me back soon he told me "if at all im only compensating by plot :3" i then asked if he would at least give the same plot size and he said "not sure yet, I may have different sizes." honestly i have nothing against antcubing he is really nice but me and my friend just really want our money back now. I don't want a new plot in the new nation. I want to use that money for other things.
By I may have different sizes i meant it could be bigger possibly... If you really want ill refund you your money but i didn't do this right away because I didn't offer you a "safe bunker"
Just a question antcubing - It seems as the only time you are willing to negotiate with another user of the server, is when they file a complaint against you. Why must it resort to that before you decide to do something? Are you simply stalling and only doing the "right thing" when complained against?
If I am not mistaken, Andy HAS dealt with this. I belive Antcubing has been temp banned for this offence. I think he TOLD Andy that he WOULD refund the money. Thereby he is obligated to return his money, Am I correct?
@Sios He NEVER told me this was a problem... if he had contacted me beforehand we would have worked something out. Instead of just asking me he decided to complain though. @Sput I am going to refund the money, however I was supposed to refund people who i offered a "safe bunker" which was lord and lost.
