[Sale of Star Rod]

General Purpose of Contract:
@David_Torento will be Selling a Star Rod:#JD3HB6OW to @toddtedd for a total $1,200,000 ECD at a rate of $100,000 ECD per week.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I @David_Torento will give @toddtedd possession of Star Rod (#JD3HB6OW) within 24 hours of the approval of this contract
- I @David_Torento will transfer ownership of Star Rod (#JD3HB6OW) upon completion of the final payment - @David_Torento will not attempt to reclaim the tool unless @toddtedd is more then 2 weeks late on a single payment.
- @David_Torento will allow @toddtedd to void this agreement at any time after the first payment (February 7th, 2018) and return the Star Rod (#JD3HB6OW) if he is unable to afford it. No refund will be given, but no complaint will be filed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @toddtedd will make $100,000 ECD payments via the forum banking system before/by:

Totaling $1,200,000 ECD
- @toddtedd agrees to return the Star rod (#JD3HB6OW) or allow @David_Torento to reclaim the Star Rod (#JD3HB6OW) with no refund if he is more then 2 weeks late on a single payment.
- @toddtedd will not sell Star Rod (#JD3HB6OW) until he has fully paid it off.




I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
