Sale of Star Rod

General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the security of a sale of a Star Rod with the ID of #II2QK1SB (Unbreaking 3 Luck of the Sea V Lure 8) over the period of 30 days.

I @Sheep_mage agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
*I @Sheep_mage will give @dagamerman my Star Rod with the ID of #II2QK1SB within 24 hours of this contracts approval
*I will make a trade sign for payments of $25,000 ECD each day at X=11243 y=63 Z=11409 in Rising (/warp station23)
*I @Sheep_mage will transfer the ownership of the Star rod to @dagamerman within 24 hours after the final payment of $25,000 ECD has been paid off after the 30th payment.

* @Sheep_mage has the right to make a complaint after 48 hours if one or more payments have been missed.

* @Sheep_mage has the right to request the star rod with ID #II2QK1SB back if any of the agreements have been broken and without any payment back:

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
* @dagamerman agrees to make 30 daily payments of $25,000ECD for a total of $750,000 on or before these dates:

January 10, 2016 through Feb 8, 2016

* @dagamerman agrees to not let this ID ##II2QK1SB Star Rod be in any other player's possession until the full $750,000 has been paid.

* @dagamerman will continue to pay off his payment of $750,000 Plus a $100,000 fee if the star rod with ID #II2QK1SB has been broken or lost.

* If any payments are late @dagamerman agrees to make a late fee of $7500 a day for 2 days (48 hours) until a complaint is filed.

* @dagamerman agrees to /own and accept the tool with ID ##II2QK1SB after the final payment has been paid on Feb 8, 2016

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
