IGN: @Xdutchless Users Involved in this Contract: @Spanky997 General Purpose of Contract: Sale of a Star pickaxe for 1.2m ECD. $200k up front and a $1m payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Xdutchless will give @Spanky997 the Star pickaxe (#KY2ABV6C) upon his agreement and approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified until @Spanky997 pays the full $1.2 million ECD, at which point I will unown the tool and it will be completely his. @Spanky997 has until 30/11/2022 to pay in full. @Spanky997 will transfer $200k ECD immediately to @Xdutchless in exchange for the Star pickaxe and then repay 1m in 25k payments using a chest shop located at /Warp Heaven. If the tools breaks or the tool has been lost , @Spanky997 Will pay the agreed money in full.
