I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Xdutchless will give @Spanky997 the Magic hoe l3 (#KI19GYXV) upon his agreement and approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified until @Spanky997 pays the full $1.4 million ECD, at which point I will unown the tool and it will be completely his. @Spanky997 has until 01/december/2022 to pay in full. @Xdutchless will transfer the magic hoe l3 after the contract is approved. @Spanky997 will then repay the 1.4m in 25k payments using a chest shop located at /warp heaven directly on the right behind the chests If the tools breaks or the tool has been lost , @Spanky997 Will pay the agreed money in full.
