The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L2 Magic Hoe (#LD57IK01) for $1,500,000 ECD. 2. @Charlienr1 is responsible for paying $700,000 on approval of the contract. @Chanrlienr1 will also make 8 weekly payments of $100,000 to the chest shop located at /warp anza at coordinates (4346/8/5304). @Moosagi is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @Charlienr1 upon approval of the contract and the receipt of the down payment. 3. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @Charlienr1 is required to pay an additional $10,000, up until late fees accrue to $100,000. In the event that this occurs, @Moosagi may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract. 4. Payments will be due approximately every seven days at 11:59 PM EST, and the following plan is to be followed: Payment #1 -- $100,000 ECD -- January 27, 2023 Payment #2 -- $100,000 ECD -- February 3, 2023 Payment #3 -- $100,000 ECD -- February 10, 2023 Payment #4 -- $100,000 ECD -- February 17, 2023 Payment #5 -- $100,000 ECD -- February 24, 2023 Payment #6 -- $100,000 ECD -- March 3, 2023 Payment #7 -- $100,000 ECD -- March 10, 2023 Payment #8 -- $100,000 ECD -- March 17, 2023 5. In regards to ownership, @Moosagi will retain ownership of the L2 Magic Hoe (#LD57IK01), while @Charlienr1 will retain possession. Once all payments have been made, @Moosagi is to transfer ownership within two days of the final payment's due date. Should the items not be transferred within such a time window, @Charlienr1 may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract. Amendment #1. I will allow payment via /pay so long as Charlienr1 is capable of producing a timestamped screenshot in the case of any disputes. ex. "/pay moosagi 100000". This stipulation requires Charlienr1 to not pay me $100,000 for any OTHER reason for the length of this contract, and that ONLY an amount of 100,000 will satisfy the payment plan of this contract. I moosagi agree to this amendment.
@Moosagi @Charlienr1 I'd like to address a couple of things in this contract. Firstly, forum transfers would not be able to do be done by @Charlienr1; they would need to find someone with the forum premium upgrade to transfer the money. This could cause @Charlienr1 to be late on their payments and incur a late fee. Secondly, if you were to adopt the "/pay" method, a similar matter arises. It is not possible to /pay users who are offline, and if @Charlienr1 is trying to pay you, then they cannot if you are offline. Thus, the late fee would come into effect. There is a method you can use involving a chestshop which is rather common. You can find an example of how to set one up on the wiki here, or a staff member online can help you create one. You can also view examples of approved contracts, some of which may use a chestshop as payment, in the approved contracts archive here. Once you've made these adjustments, you can edit the original post and have @Charlienr1 re-agree to all of the new terms.

For reference, the chest is located in the "bank", the blue glass building in the far left corner from the door. These changes were made to facilitate easy payments even if I am offline, etc. I, moosagi, agree to these changes
@Moosagi @Charlienr1 Can you specify how the $700,000 down payment will be made? Will it be in the form of 7 payments of $100,000 to the same chestshop within 24 hours of the contract being approved? Once the contract is edited, @Charlienr1 will need to re-agree
I specify the chest shop will contain a total of 15 pieces of (x, i.e. bamboo) listed at $100,000 and the first seven purchases will be considered the down payment, with the remaining 8 as the 8 weekly payments. If Charlienr1 (@Charlienr1) agrees, it's a deal
Section 2 has been updated to add the following: "@Moosagi is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @Charlienr1 upon approval of the contract and the receipt of the downpayment." I agree to this contract.
