[Sale and Ownership of Hayville and Hayland]

General Purpose of Contract:
Transfer of technical ownership of the towns Hayland and Hayville

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Upon contract approval, I, @wolfwoodnyo, will pay @haydensch $60,000 for the full ownership of the towns Hayville and Hayland within 1 hour of contract approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @haydensch , further referenced as “The agreeing player”, agrees to add @wolfwoodnyo as a technical owner to the towns of Hayville and Hayland and remove themself within 2 days of contract approval.
• @haydensch agrees to relinquish ownership of Hayville and Hayland to @wolfwoodnyo upon contract approval and after payment has been received.

• The agreeing player agrees @wolfwoodnyo may use a Town Transfer at any point after this contract is approved to get official owner of hayland and hayville.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
