Safe Sale of an Eff10 Axe (Star Axe)

General Purpose of Contract: To ensure the safe sale of an Eff10 Axe over 2 weeks

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I @subxplorer will give @ThomasVerth my Eff10 Axe, (Eff10 unbreak 3 silk touch 1) with Item ID # INDFOO23 within 1 hour after the contract is approved and the down payment of 400K is received.

I will remain as the owner of the Eff10 Axe with item ID # INDFOO23 until the entire payment plan has been paid off.

I will transfer the ownership of the eff10 Axe with item ID # INDFOO23 to @ThomasVerth immediately upon receiving the complete $950,000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@ThomasVerth will pay $400k upfront (within 1 hour of this contract being approved).

@ThomasVerth will pay 550K in two weekly payments of 275k. The payments are due on the dates outlined below:

Week 1 - 275K- 5/1/2016
Week 2 - 275K - 5/8/2016

@ThomasVerth will not rent, sell, or transfer this Eff10 Axe to anyone else until the full amount has been paid off

If @ThomasVerth loses/breaks the Eff10 Axe, he will continue to pay off the full payment plan.

If a payment is more than 3 days late, a complaint will be filed and @ThomasVerth will have to give the Eff10 Axe with item ID # INDFOO23 back to @subxplorer without any refunds.

@ThomasVerth agrees that if any agreements above have been broken, he will have to return the Eff 10 Axe with item ID # INDFOO23 back to @subxplorer without any refunds.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
