I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @subxplorer will within 12 hours of this contract being approved apply for a transfer of Spawn-Trade Shop Station 70 to @TomKFC including spawn-trade shop rent for the amount of four weeks.
