Safe Rental of Eff7 pickaxe

General Purpose of Contract:
Ensure the safety of the rental of @Sheep_mage eff7 pick to @poey72

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Sheep_mage agree to lend a pickaxe (eff7 silk1 unb 3, id.#IAOV1W17) to @poey72 for 24/hrs from this contract being signed.
I @Sheep_mage agree to give @poey72 the pick within 10 minutes from this contract being signed after the 30k rental has been paid.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

I @poey72 agree to give @Sheep_mage 30k within 24/hrs from the moment i receive the eff7 at /warp station23 (11243, 63, 11409 in rising)
I @poey72 agrees to return the eff7 24/hrs from the moment i receive it at a modified chest in /warp station23 (11243, 63, 11409 in rising)
I @poey72 agrees that if the eff7 is broken/lost he'll owe @Sheep_mage 1.1mil ecd or a new eff7+100k ecd to be paid within 2 months of the breach of this contract.
I @poey72 agrees that if I am 1 or more days late returning the eff7 I will owe @Sheep_mage 30k per day on top of the rental fee. After 3 days a complaint will be filed.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
