I was bored yesterday so I made this: That is plan of my next town, town will cost me 775K+ (look picture for more details). I can earn 5-10K per day farming/mining/selling stuff so I think town will be opened at beginning of May, this year. Preorder plot: You pay 50% now and 50% when you get plot. There is many plot sizes, click spoiler to see them. Spoiler 10x10 plots: you cannot preorder 10x10 plots 15x15: To preorder this plot you must be resident or higher. Price of one plot is 1750$ so you must pay 875$ now and 875$ when you get plot. There is 192 plots available. 30x30 plots: To preorder this plot you must be resident or higher. Price of one plot is 5000$ so you must pay 2500$ now and 2500$ when you get plot. There is 16 plots available. 50x80 plots: To preorder this plot you must be president. Price of one plot is 12500$ so you must pay 6250$ now and 6250$ when you get plot. There is 4 plots available. Shop: This aren't plots, they are rooms in mall. One room is 15x15 and you can only sell stuff in and have couple chests. There will be 2 malls, every mall will have 3 floors and there will be 16 shops per floor. One shop cost 1500$ so you must pay 750$ now and 750$ when you get shop. There is 96 shops available NOTE: Once town is opened you will have 21 day to pay rest of money for you plot/shop. In case you don't pay rest of money you won't get plot. Looks good, but you can't have 2 PVP arenas in one town, unless you set the entire cuboid area to PVP
@ant I will sell antville it as soon as I get pres and next town. @rez thanks for saying that I will change it later to something else, I need idea what to put there then.
