Can confirm that you get EXP from animals that are in towns with the damage-animals deny flag on in both Main Central and Main North. Tested on one set of cows and one set of sheep. They made their hearts, no babies but I did get about 3-4 exp on both servers.
Can confirm. Noticed this long time ago with cows before I knew breeding was disabled. Figured it was a known exploit and let it be. They will breed endlessly though. Either no, or very short cool down on reset to feed again
