Explore the Town: Town Hall Recently renovated, it contains the town warp, rules, and member list along with providing access to both sides of the town. Multi-Story Farm One of the first buildings in the town, it stands 40 blocks high, features 8 levels, and contains a multitude of crops including pumpkins, melons, sugarcane, potatoes, carrots, and wheat. Upon request, town members will receive free access to its benefits. Sports Complex **In Progress** Recently built, it currently features 4 elevated fishing tables but will soon be equipped with an ice/hockey rink and potentially other sports facilities. Stable **3rd Level Under Renovations** This stable features 48 individual stalls, two levels, and most importantly is completely enclosed with locked obsidian protecting your valuable horses. A limited number of stalls are available for lease on a weekly/monthly basis and are only sold to players after we have done a thorough background check for prior grief or concerning complaints. Town members receive discounted rental fees and priority placement. Spongebob's Pineapple Built with the help of a YouTube video, it is currently available for sale/lease (see below for details). "Space/Mars House" Built as part of a competition, the house is now a community home for up to 4 players. It is equipped with 4 elevated sleeping platforms, a storage room, living and working quarters, a kitchen and bath, and a connected pod containing various crops. The hangar is equipped for a space shuttle in the future. It is currently for sale/lease (see below for details).
Visit Risen Heights, the second addition to the Risen Nation! This is the castle located at the top of the mountain situated in the center of Risen_Heights. It is made of thousands of quartz blocks and took about two months to complete. Recently, staggered plots have been added to the left of the castle which overlook the ocean or you can rent one of the castle's towers on a monthly basis. This is the newest addition to the town, completed on June 11, 2016 and standing 165 blocks high. It is the One World Trade Center located in lower Manhattan, New York and is made of thousands of blocks of ice, snow, and stone. While not currently for sale, it remains an iconic feature in both Risen_Heights and American society. Here is an image of both major projects:

I have the idea of building a twisted tower modern skyscraper that spirals upward, made of white clay and blue glass. My other is a large but simple design of a apartment/work tower with much glass and white clay again. How much space will you need?: 20X20 Will you be supplying the materials needed: Most likely yes, but any help would be appreciated. I estimate it will take me awhile, because I play only on weekends now. I would like to know if I would be full owner of my creation and only sell it if I wish, and to let you know that it will well exceed 25 blocks high.
Do you plan to build both of your buildings in Risen Valley or Risen Heights? Because the WTC is located in Risen Heights while plots for town-wide projects are generally situated in Risen Valley as this is where residents actually reside. What would be the intended purpose of the twisted modern skyscraper? Regarding ownership, if you were to receive the plots free of charge, the town would own a portion of the buildings should you decide to sell them (which we will negotiate and sign a contract for). However, if you would like to purchase the plots, you can apply for a waiver to the build regulations and you would have complete ownership so long as you continuously abide by all other town rules (i.e. grief, chat language, ECC Rules, etc.) and do not go inactive for >7 days without notifying me.
