This application for residency is not going to be accepted in its current form. E.g. All the questions are missing and therefore its evident you have not read the wiki on how to apply for residency which can be found here Applying for residency. I also suggest you visit here and read up on the server rules and other features here before reapplying for residence.I also suggest going into a little more depth with your answers when filling out the correct application.
