I may be interested depending on the rate.. I'm trusted and have never been banned in 3 years. Obviously I'm not going anywhere. The only issue would be the time frame as I may not want to do it forever unless it is worth it. Shoot me a pm with the details. @Ctoolme
Ctool, I think that's too much for an asking price for just renting. If you wanted to sell the shop, then I would do that deal.
It could be at spawn for all I care, but the chances of it generating 200k/week in profit is very difficult to do, and that's just to break even.
I really couldn't care less what people think of the price. If no one takes it I can simply keep it myself. And if someone does want it they will have to pay what I'm asking.

I have set this price so that I get the person I want to get. If I set the price at 100k or less there would be too many people trying to rent it. I want someone who will pay the initial 200k a week. After that I am willing to lower the price for them. I suggest you stop posting here.
Yeah... because I definitely want 100k a week... as if. I am basically doing what you did with your shop Delucaco, getting a big sum of money before a solid weekly payment. If you actually spoke to me you would know, rather than just jumping to conclusions.
