I've seen too many people join, play SG, and either ragequit or rage and get banned, not bothering to come back... People don't like "false advertising." Even though it's only partial here, it's significant enough.

I will not -1 something that is true it is illogical, however I don't think some people will take kindly to this and I don't think it will be accepted. But it is very clever and reassuring others share this common belief that it's no longer SG but SK.

 

+1 It really has gone from kits "enhancing" the game, to kits BEING the game.

For those who don't know already... The more you spend on kits, the more times you win. That's it.

Maybe "Survival of the Kits" though because it sounds better in my opinion.

 

I don't think I really need anything after getting Bfr++, to really crush games getting 6-10 kills a match. It still adds a bit of challenge for example when I'm getting 2v1ed by 2 donors and my str 2 is out, but It adds a little bit of fun factor in doing so. That being said, I only got 1 win out of 40 matches before i got kits, and for a reason. +1 for survival kits.

 

But on a serious note, this probably will happen.

I agree with your reasoning, SG is basically ran by kitters, but andrew can't just take our kits away, we spent money on them, whether ECD or USD, so the whole issue with kits is at a stalemate. You can't stop kits or just take them away. So many people complain about kits, yet that's only when they die to them. That's the whole reason andrew put kits in the server, is to give an advantage. This is his way of marketing, and it's obviously very effective. He wants the victim of the kitter to think, "I just died to this guy with really cool gear that he bought, I should buy it too," and then they go buy the kit, which gives andrew money, which allows him to keep the server up and running. So I understand your reasoning, but renaming it also makes no difference to the whole game.

That's exactly what builders are thinking nowadays. It's extremely unfortunate. Something that was a big hit, is also pushing away tons of users from the server. Kits are now a lose lose. Refund the people who paid for kits, and take away the feature. That's what should be done.
