Felon Username: thegrimreaper_99 Complaint: Lost JBuks and I's Efficiency 5, Unbreaking 3, SIlk Touch 1, Diamond Sword. Evidence: Here it states that thegrimreaper_99 agrees that he owes $325,000 to JBuks and I, and that I never received the Sword. Here he says that he owes $325,000. Additional Information: Recently, me and JBuks have been renting an Efficiency 5, Silk Touch 1, Diamond Sword. The day before the crash we started renting, and our rules stated "The rental of the sword costs 15 Netherstars per hour. You must return the sword to us by [time]. If you do not return the sword it will be an additional 5 Netherstars owed every 10 minutes. If sword is not returned at all or broken, you will owe us another sword or $325,000. If no sword or money is returned, I will file a complaint." As of that day thegrimreaper_99 did as was told. He rented from 7:00PM-9:00PM with 30 Netherstars. After the crash thegrimreaper_99 asked to rent again, but he wanted to rent when the sword had Unbreaking 3 on it. Then thegrimreaper_99 bought an Unbreaking 3 book and said "I will give you the book if I can rent the sword for 30 minutes free." I said "Yes". Then thegrimreaper_99 handed me the Book which I then gave to JBuks to attach to the sword. After it was attached I gave thegrimreaper_99 the sword for 30 minutes and stated that all rules apply from before. When thegrimreaper_99 was done with the sword I Teleported him back to me in Jbuks and I's private headquarters. After the crash i noticed that when items were thrown they could not be picked up and were simply just dropped from the server, but thegrimreaper_99 threw the sword at me right before I was about to say put the sword into a chest. Therefor, the sword was never returned to me and the last user to have it was thegrimreaper_99. As of stated above "If sword is not returned at all or broken, you will owe us another sword or $325,000." Thegrimreaper_99 never returned anything.

blowtube123 and thegrimreaper_99 I wish for bothof you to PM in full detail here on the forums the full situation and describe it as best as you can. This being so I can hear both sides of the story that took place on the day that the sword was lost, and any agreement of the renting the sword. As for now, I will be taking full control over this situation, if either have anymore information to provide to me through out this whole case, PM it to me directly on the forums and I will address it accordingly. There will not need to be anymore tagging of Andrewkm of Wewinagain needed. If I need them to check for something I will let them know. I will be locking the thread for there is no reason that this needs to be used here any further. I will be expecting the PMs from both of you fairly soon. I want this situation resolved as quickly as possible. No one wants a lost Melon sword, and no one wants to pay $325k for something. Locked.
