Reclaim Rank issue (Havent played in a very long time)

Hey, I just logged back on to the server and asked about the rank reclaiming, I had recently undergone a name change since and was told it may be the issue and others have had similar problems. I received a message this past Sunday from the owner saying my rank would be transferred. I have not been of the server in a longggg time and am excited to get back into it! If i could get any help with this issue it would be a great help. My old username was " ninjakiwi645 " if this is needed for the process and I believe my old rank was Elite. thank you!
