I was thinking we could have not a forum section but maybe a area where we can rate are moderators so they see how they can improve and we can talk about how they treated us in a conversation and if they did give us fair treatment . Im honestly tired so if there is a section for this im not looking as Im way to tired *yawns* Hope you Like the idea P.s. If there is a section excuse me Im probably not even remember posting this
Stupid idea, just going to induce moderators kissing ass to look good in the polls, and the fact that everyone will behave differently. There will also be some discrimination based on the moderators' place on the poll. For example, "Yea, that moderator isn't good, hes last on the polls." As much as it would encourage the staff to work harder... I don't think it would be a good idea.
I dont think it will be good tbh... Like rez said, is going to be kiss ass, just look at some people on the mod app's, people vouch for there friends, hence give there favorite mods or there mod friends good feedback and back feedback to others to make there friends look better.... I think Andy keeps a close eye on everything such as activity and how we do are jobs anyways, so i dont think its needed either...
