so i resently applied for a survivor rank upgrade and the money was removed from my account. but now i still dont have nether access and for some reason i'm a resident... can some one fix this?
If you don't have Nether access/permission and it says so in-game, Andrew will have to fix it. Same with giving you your forum tag. When you get a Nether or Aether rank, it does not override your main world ranks. You'll still show as Resident/Mayor/President, even if you're a survivor. When in Nether/Aether, your name will change color, but that's it.
