    If I have a spawn>>Town portal, can I use it on another town, if I already haven't placed it, and have the credit?

    This has been mentioned and discussed before. Spawn -> Portal credits are only for the town you bought them for.

    No, you can't. I have the same situation and have asked andy multiple times about it, but you can
    only use it on the town you were entitled to for some reason... :/

    Why is this...? So even buying a portal re-location application won't counter this?
