He most likely removed you from the town because you were inactive which is completely legal if he had the on his rules. Your best bet would be to attempt to contact him to see what can be done. Other then that we cannot do anything else.

There is nothing we can do about that. You and the mayor would have to touch base on to what you are going to do. Other then that he isn't breaking any rules

You can pm him on the forums here using the "start a conversation" feature. You can mail him in game by using the command /mail send <username> <message> If he comes back, he will know you are trying to reach him.
