Does decreased by 100% mean there is now a 0% Chance of getting a god tool so 100% you will get a magic item?
I think the first part of that is correct. I'm not sure what else is in a God Drop, but definitely no god tools, I'd say. I'm not 100% sure though because the next line says "Magic Items/Tools Levels 2 & 3 have been bumped by 10x their previous odds". Sorry, not much help, I know.
I'm sure you've seen this, but... andrewkm — Today at 7:44 AM @everyone I have reworded the above to avoid confusion. God Items are now half as likely. We did not mean they are non existent of course. Remember you can always check whats in the crate via the /cc menu.
