I am asking for a loan because I am in need of a PVP area for several reasons; First and foremost I am in need of the PVP area to hone in on my PVPing Skills, secondly it would help a lot with me selling perms/plots within my town, and lastly it would be a great way to hang out with friends (in my opinion).
