I will be selling bluecody12 a diamond Axe with the enchantments efficiency5, unbreaking3, fortune2 for the price of 9500. Because he does not currently have the total funds for the axe he will be paying over time. This contract gives him until june 14th to come up with and pay me the total price. In this time he will have the said axe and be in charge of erepairs and everything that comes with the axe. He will have a down payment of 4400 and will be expected to pay the total cost in one week time. If the payments can not be made by the said date bluecody12 will return the axe to me fully repaired.
