I am looking to sell this farm in a city if i get my mayors permission, Its has 20 floors so far and i plan to build 20 more, Farm is 9x18 blocks 10 layers wheat (2 water blocks) 10 layers nether warts -will build soon 10 layers carrots -will build soon 10 layers potatoes So im asking how much is this farm worth, it is over a 10x20 plot with a sandstone 2 story house, with access to a obsidian farm in a vast crevasse beneath
I think around 10k is a fair price. Pm me if you want to sell it. With the 2p extra floors around 15k.
Stop being rude, plot price ani't my problem you have been on the server for one mont and I have for a half year. You don't have the experience that I have yet. Maybe 1k was to small so maybe 2-3k at the most. I study economics and I'm 100% sure on my price so don't you dare start saying that I have no idea what I'm talking about.

yes for the most part... i don't care about the specifics, but i was just wanting a round about price, when you said it was worth 1k, then said o wait it is around 2 or 3 k, that like me saying o ill sell you a melon sword for 300k, then changing it to o nvm it is 600-900k.... your changing your opinion by 200%
