now that we have more players I think pres+ should be able to use logblock or what ever we use in there towns so we can see who griefs then we can report them on the forums or something at least we can remove them from the town because when u make a grief report it sometimes takes 2-3 days and then u get more griefs then they just start to pile up.This would make it a lot easier to get rid of griefers
Just make sure that you trust the people you add, that way you don´t have to worry about griefs. (most griefs are made new people) or do what I did with nox, make your plots expensive that way people will value it more and have some basic rules that your members HAVE to read to get added to the town. my point is that preventing grief is better than checking grief.
i have rules and most of the people that buy plots are builders i tried making my towns res+ i sold 0 plots
It doesnt have to be res+ the best way is to have the people read the rules. and to be sure they read it you can always use something like a quiz, ask them one or two questions and if they answer correctly they can buy a plot. btw grief reports are done daily.
If I see more than one grief report, I do them asap... Rarely do they go for two or even three days straight. And if they do go that long, give us a friendly nudge. Also, Kuke is right. Don't just add everyone. Make it so they have to pay a decent price, make sure they read through town rules and server rules... Ask them if they know the rules, and make sure. :/ Others have said before, "A town with many [Builders] players is just as worse as the Wild." Might be better to save the money you make from plots for making more towns, rather than trying to fit everyone into one or two towns.
I tried this and will see if it works Builders 2000 fee Residents 1000 fee Mayors, presidents, any mod 500 fee Donators get 500 dollar discount. I haven't pushed it as the town doesn't have much to offer yet, but I still get the beggars asking for free stuff. That is in addition to any real estate costs.
