Here is it activating right after setting a new PT as well. as far as I can tell it happens due to interaction with a block, if I just right click air it wont activate but placing water with a bucket or opening a door triggers it
I've reported this to our developer, but it's a low priority issue. No promises as it's not game breaking at all.
We've decided it's too much work to fix something this minor. Just don't right click with powertool'ed items. You're responsible for the powertools you set.
