    Town is currently under construction - a portal will significantly help increase foot traffic for new residents, construction and growth.

    Therefore, I would like to formally request placement of a portal at the following coordinates:

    x -1192
    y 94
    z 174

    I've outlined a fake portal to help avoid any orientation ambiguity.
