In game username: LDeBernardi Reason: Spamming the trade chat after multiple warnings-Stolio, another reason might be is that Stolio lost more then 50k in the lottery that day so he might have had very little patience thus he banned me Information: I have disrespected staff, other players, and myself. What I did was not okay. After many warnings (some of which I did not see) I was banned. Spamming the trade chat is not okay because it disrupts and annoys other players, and also makes other players messages not seen. I filed a ban appeal the same day I got banned which I think was careless because I had not thought of the thing I did and the seriousness of my offence. I realize I have been banned before, and I had to agree to the rules of the server when I became a resident, because of this I know this ban appeal might not be accepted. I ask for your forgiveness after what I had done. Most of the people on the server I am sure do not even remember this my spam. I am very sorry for disrespecting staff, other players, and myself by doing this terrible thing. This is a server I really like and I would like to get back on and contribute even further to its greatness while following the good and just rules. I am especially sorry to all the people that had warned me. I acknowledged most of their warnings. The thing I was try to get in the trade chat was nstars. I did this because I found a very good economical opportunity that needed me to buy nstars. I got very excited and just could not stop asking people..... Next time in the chat I will wait 3-5 min between posts. I have read the rules and understand the rule I have broken. I once again am very sorry for this horrific thing I have done.
Clause I.ii: Spam Spam is not allowed. Repetitive letters, words, symbols that are not punctuation and otherwise aren't used in their correct context, or many messages sent really quick is considered spam. If users get upset and say "spam," it is probably annoying.

Hello there, I am very saddened to see you having to post another one of these appeals for this reason. You have already been temp-banned once for spamming, quite recently actually, and yet you found it appropriate to do it again. I find that to be blatant disrespect for our staff and all the users on the server. In fact, the users who were on at the time when you were spamming were actually yelling at you to stop, couple that with the kicks the staff issued and all I see is pure disrespect for the server and community. Unacceptable from a Resident who has supposedly acknowledged that they have read the rules of the server. Let us review the rule that you broke; Spamming: Simple as it looks, you find yourself violating it twice. This is your 6th ban since August 22nd which is utterly shocking to me. For being around and active in the community this long, I would hope that you have built up some respect for yourself and shown some respect to the community in return; I find myself sadly mistaken. Then we arrive at today's events. Your continual posting in the complaint after being warned to stop is, once again, purely disrespectful towards the staff. The complaint section is meant to be harboring real, legitimate complaints, not tending to everyone's needs when they don't even break server rules. Out of the 1o complaints you have posted, 3 of them have deemed action. That leaves 7 that have been locked. 7 complaints that receive no action. 7 complaints where a staff member took time to deal with nothing when they could have been helping in game. Please know that in the future, this disrespect will result in much more strict consequences. As evidenced above, it is blatantly clear to me, the staff, and the community that you need to change your ways. I will be issuing you a 5 day temp-ban for you to review your actions. I suggest you just take it easy for these days, lay off the forums, go outside and play, have fun. Feel free to return to this community and the server when this temp-ban is up. The community is friendly and is always waiting to accept positive changes, I suggest you take swift action to preserve what little respect you have.
