Plans for a town (New Minecraft City)

I am in the process of making a town on a large flat piece of land near north gate. I plan on recruiting anybody willing to build and have fun this does not have to be your primary town but id appreciate if u plan on joining to make sure to finish your. I will be making public services for the population and benefit of the town. The first few plots will be cheap but the ones after will be sold cheap. If you are looking for a town just put a reply on this post. I will be checking regularly.
