I am currently selling permanent access to my 100x100 4 level pumpkin and melon farm in my town; FortOcelot. Right now permanent access is being sold for 10k, though that may go up if more levels are built. Although, if you buy access now, you will not have to pay more as floors are added. I am currently adding a 6th floor but I have not gotten very far yet.
