    Loaning Information:

    By Applying for a Loan you agree to all information in the spoiler.

    By Applying for a Loan you agree that all server rules apply. I also have the right to deny any loan application for any reason.

    Terms of Service:

    All Loans are 1.25x - 2x Payback.
    Each Day has a $5,000 late fee under $100,001 and $10,000 over $100,001 past loan due date. After One Week a Complaint will be Filed.
    Each Loan is a minimum of 1 Week and per 100,000 increments is an extra week.
    $50,000 and Below are 1 Week.
    $100,000 and Below are 2 Weeks.
    $200,000 and Below are 3 Weeks.
    $300,000 and Below are 4 Weeks.
    $400,000 - $1,000,000 are 5 Weeks.
    $1,000,000+ is Unlikely but 5 Weeks

    New requirement You must have either a donation feature, or have 2 people vouch for you on previous loans.

    Well i understand this, but ive never scammed anyone. Dont even have a complaint against me. Many peope, find me trustworthy and i can prove it by i guess its his loss not mine.

    How do I personally know I can trust you if you have never had a loan, so nobody can vouch for you. How do I know that you wont just take my money and leave, since you dont have donation features? These are things to consider, especially if you loan larger sums of money.

    I can get a tycoon to vouch, two mayors and a couple others. They all know me and know i will not just steal money. Anyways i completely understand your point.
