IGN: @Destructopup Users Involved in this Contract: @Ethannnnnn General Purpose of Contract: Adjustment to the payment plan for the following contract: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/skyblock-island-level-sale-contract.189899/ I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Destructopup will discharge $400,000 of the debt due according to this contract: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/skyblock-island-level-sale-contract.189899/. This will leave a total balance of $1,200,000 payable in $200,000 increments once per week by the end of each week starting on Thursday the 10th of October (10/10/19) and ending on Thursday the 21st of November (21/11/19). These payments must be made via the forum bank. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ethannnnnn will send a $50 EcoCityCraft gift card to an email address which will be provided by @Destructopup in a forum PM no later than 24 hours after this contract is approved. Future Payment plan modifications: Subject to agreement by both parties the weekly payments described herein may be settled by paying only $40,000 ECD and also sending a $20 EcoCityCraft gift card to an email of @Destructopup's choosing. This must be agreed upon on a per week basis and may be agreed in advance. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such. I @Destructopup agree to the terms.
