This is worth more than 200/300k, they don't buy 500k for a rank to be paid 2k for something to be wasted.
The lowest I have ever seen one go for is 10k. I have paid between 100-150k for each of mine that I have bought.

I'm not sure you completely understand this. The tycoon+ pays 500k, 1mil, 2.5mil, or 5mil for a rank and a town claim. The town claim gives them the town and then they can sell that town to you. So you are paying for them to use their limited town claims for you as well as give you a town. If you only pay them 10k, it isn't even worth their time to go through making contracts and town claim apps. Hopefully this information helps and good luck!
