I am thinking about opening up a market town and selling monthly plots for people to have their own shops. Opinions; how big should each plot be what should monthly / weekly rental cost be should I design the town to have a certain theme or let the shop owners have full freedom to design their plot and theme it however they want. should it be on main or main north.
5x5 500 a week/ 3000 a month you could make two parts of the town, one where they can have own theme but more expensive, but have another part with theme and maybe even pre built shops with the chests for cheaper main north
- 11×11×9 I've found it's a good plot size. Not too big, not too small. - I'd just do monthly rental, 3k. - No theme, people can be/feel more creative that way. - MainNorth.
