Brief Description:
I have no idea what I'm doing to cause this, but I get a ton of OpenGL Error messages talking about invalid framebuffer operations. All I'm doing is looking on the forum. And when I go back to minecraft there is a load of messages.

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
I am not sure what I'm doing in the first place to cause this to happen, but it seems that simply staying logged onto ECC in-game while browsing the forum causes this? If this isn't the cause, I'm sorry... but it only happens for me at that time. I've tried to get it to do it on purpose, by clicking and flipping back and forth, but it only seems to do it when I'm not wanting it to. :/

Result:
A large amount of error messages, all the same.

Expected Result:
Not really sure, I suppose if this needs to be fixed, then I expect that it's fixed?

Evidence:

 

I would but I'm not sure exactly what to take a screenshot of in the Video Setting as there are the main page of settings, but then several that you can click to go into for more settings.

 

I don't have FORGE though and I'm not on 1.7.10 either. Plus the error messages they show doesn't look exactly like mine, just the last line. Because of those two facts, I don't wanna add that code as it's talking about putting into the FORGE profile and even that code had forge in it.

I don't run any shaders, just Optifine and a texture pack. I have no idea how to check to see if OpenGL is enabled or not, I don't even know what OpenGL is. I will check without Optifine when I get he chance, but again I'm not sure what I'm doing for the messages to come up as it happens when I'm not looking at MC while it's open, lol. If it still happens without Optifine though, I'll try to uninstall the texture pack. If it still happens, I'll do a full reinstall of MC. Again, it happens when I'm not looking, like when I'm looking for things on the forum, never happens when I'm on actually playing. So I can't tell you how often those messages pop up, but it seems very often.

That's exactly what happens to me. I think I've noticed about 3 times it's done this and it's always when I minimize my MC window to look on the forum. Of course I don't log out of MC because I'm only on the forum for a few mins at a time. It's never done the message when I'm actually looking, so.... lol. If you find a solution, please let me know and if I do, I'll contact you. :) Thanks for the information. :D

Do you also use Optifine? If so what version do you use? I think mine is 1.8.3

 

Makes sense. It didn't really click in my head until Itz and 314 started talking about Optifine, but I play on another server that I don't need to use Optifine on and I've not had this problem there. Wonder if there is a fix for this or if we will have to back down to 1.8.0? I'm also intersted in what Jamie has to say as he might know a way around it. :D

 

I can't play on ECC without it... I tried a couple time and it's so laggy I can barely move. I still lag hard with it, but it's bearable and if I stay away from places that lag me even worse.

 

I can't tell you where I got it from, but I wanna say it was on a page that looks like the one you've posted. I downloaded and installed 1.8.3
I think before that I had 1.8.0 without any issues. :)

 

Just Optifine 1.8.3 and Equanimity 1.8 texture pack.
