Plot Prices: 10x10 = 1k15x15 = 2.5k20x20 = 4k Town Rules:-There is to be absolutely NO GRIEFING. I will not tolerate grief and grief reports will be filed with the felon user IMMEDIATELY evicted without refund. -Members of the town must be active. Members inactive for 2 or more weeks will have their plots cleared for resale without refund. If you are going on a trip or will be inactive with a good reason either mail me in-game or post here on this thread about it.-You must build within your designated plot. If you build outside of it you will be first warned to remove it and if not removed I will remove it myself.-You may not build below Y=50. You may not build above Y=85 with the exception of a building permit. See below for more information on building permits.-You may live with a friend but they will have to pay 1k for perms to the town. I will not be giving free perms out. All Town Members Must Post Using The Format Below That They Agree To The Town Rules As Listed Above And That Breaking Any Of Them May Lead To His Or Her Eviction From The Town.
