About Camelot​

Camelot is a medieval themed town, which is being constructed within Ecocitycraft. Camelot consists of three main components; the city wall to keep our enemies at bay, the grand Camelot Castle and the medieval township. Residents of ecocitycraft are welcome to buy plots of the township.​

Town perks​

Spawn Portal - Second floor, sandstone quadrant, cyan row.
Repairs Centre - E-repairs/regular repairs free. Only for chests in the repair centre.
Water placement, creations signs, tps, repairs and flying assistance - Free while inside the bounds of the town.
Town warp - Use /warp camelot. Warps to the town repair centre.
Acrobatic Training Facility with heal sign. - currently broken.

Town rules​

Building regulations​

• Houses and cottages must be of medieval/tudor style.
• House can't occupy the entire block. Leave a gap around the edge.
• The towns official wood is spruce and is preferred above other woods.
• Each floor must be as least 3 blocks high.
• As a rule of thumb, a house can only be half the width of the plot tall.
• No farms.

General rules​

• All server rules do still apply.
• Strictly no griefing, any grief will result in removal from the town and a grief report.
• You may only edit the inside of your plot; you must not edit the external part of your building that would be easily visible from the outside.
• You can't be inactive for more then fifteen (15) days according to the /seen command. Being inactive for more than 15 days will mean you lose your plot and all locks belonging to you removed.
• Ask the mayor/co-mayors for permission before editing the exterior of your property.
• If you sell your plot you must pay a 15% stamp duty tax to either the mayor or co-mayor.
• If you wish to add a friend to your plot or wish to co-own a house, you must pay 20% of the plots sale price extra for each additional member added to the town.​
• Failing to follow these rules will result in termination of your membership in the town. Refunds are not given out if you membership is terminated.

Houses​

I will only be selling prebuilt houses within the town, as it is evident that most people can't build or follow a building code. Private message me or one of the co-mayor if you are interested in buying a plot in the township of Camelot.​

The price of the houses varies from house to house.​
