I will talk a little about the town and what it has to offer. Potatotown is an all modern town with a strict building rule. The rules are straight forward and when a rule is broken, depending on what it is, you will either be immediately kicked from the town or given a stern warning. The residents of Potatotown help each other out and are friendly to one another. They always welcome the newcomers. Here are some more details about the town. RULES: 1. ABSOLUTELY no griefing. 2. Respect to all 3. No vulgar language to others. 4. All griefers will be removed from the town immediately with NO refund. 5. After 10 days of inactivity you will lose your plot and be removed from the town. 6. You may purchase a mall plot to sell items but rule 5 applies to this as well. 7. All houses MUST be modern. No dirt, cobble or wood houses. Quarts, WHITE wool and snow are the preferable material exterior build block. You may mix wood in with the white material as seen in a picture posted below. 8. If your house does not meet these standards you will be given a warning to take it down and build another or leave. Upstairs in the town hall has a material shop. Here you can buy items for your house instead of going to spawn. PLOTS: Plot prices vary on the size and will soon be risen. Buy now for a cheap plot. 10x10= 1.2k 15x15= 1.6k 20x20= 2.1k 25x25 (LARGEST)= 2.6k Apartments= $750 Builder plots (7x7)= $500 (any rank can buy these) Mall plot= 1.5k ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS.
