This rule will be enforced strictly, so don't look for loopholes. Just don't steal from each other or me. Do not build or place blocks of any kind, anywhere outside the borders of your plot, apartment or townhome. Do not remove the leaf border that marks the boundary of your plot. They are not part of your plot, so don't build where they are, and do not remove them. Placing or editing blocks outside your plot without permission is griefing. This includes LWCs. The public farm is a shared resource, and MUST be replanted after every harvest. Failure or "forgetting" to replant counts as griefing and will be treated accordingly. If you are inactive for more than 14 days without notice, your plot will be cleared and resold. If you know you will be inactive for more than 14 days, you can apply to be placed on the exempt list (below) by posting a request on the thread. Whether or not to place you on the exempt list is entirely up to @alpacahearder Maximum building height is 50 and you may go down by 10 blocks. No mining under the town. No ugly builds. Please don't build your house entirely out of dirt, cobblestone. Also, no farms or barns should be built on plots. Please contact @alpacahearder if you have questions. Secure your belongings inside your house. Learn to use LWC commands. The town is not responsible for things you lose otherwise. Hi Sajoun, I have added you as a member of Greenwood and set up a payment sign for you for Apartment 3. The rent is $150 per week. The first week is free since you are a builder. You will owe your first payment starting November 30th. I will look for you to show you where the farm is and answer any questions you have regarding paying for the apartment. I have also made the apartment door private and given you permission to open the door and chests in the room. Only you and I have access to them. The incident was a misunderstanding in which I improperly handled a situation. I was unbanned 2 days after and have not had a single complaint since. I have gained a much greater respect for the rules since and have established a more positive reputation. Here's the link. Great News! The town now has a large cocoa farm! A big thanks goes to @SajounJones for his help. Definitely made the job go a lot faster! Cocoa farming is a great way to make money farming. Look for the lift in the farm to go down to the cocoa farm. And remember, REPLANT ~alpaca

i have explicitly read all terms, conditions, and rules and i am willing to endeavor and abide by the rules stated. I accept that an ignorance of these rules and regulations may result in extensive consequences (E.G. Temp ban, perm ban, death, etc)
