A separate contract and payment can and will be made regarding those items if it comes down to it. - @BobbyBlack will pay a total of 5mil for these items - @BobbyBlack will pay @Jdawger 1mil within 24hrs after this contract is approved - @BobbyBlack will pay @Jdawger 2mil within a month of this contract's approval by 11:59pm EST (i.e. if this accepted on 08/15, then payment is due 09/15. Basically, whatever number day it is, payment is due the same number day next month - @BobbyBlack is expected to pay the remaining 2mil within 72hrs after all items are considered complete - The items will be placed in [a] chest(s) at a specific location that will be disclosed to @BobbyBlack on or near the start of the week (the coords will be sent via forum message). Items placed in said chest(s) are considered complete in term's of @Jdawger 's side of the agreement. It is up to @BobbyBlack to collect the items in said chest(s) before the end of the week. - Any item missing from the chest(s) are considered picked up by @BobbyBlack regardless of who takes it (this is due to /lb tb being disabled in vmr for @Jdawger to accurately check credibility of who is taking the items) - If @BobbyBlack fails to pick up any items from the chest(s) (after @Jdawger put them in it) before vmr resets, @Jdawger is not required to re-obtain them for him. - If needed, items can be sent via /trade, but they are not to be used as the main form of sending items, and are only available via request per week. - Trades to @BobbyBlack can come from @Jdawger or Jdawger's alt, @FalloutEquestria - Similar to the chests, any item sent via /trade is considered complete. Any item not sold by @BobbyBlack for his booklet after the /trade is successfully concluded is not @Jdawger 's responsibility to re-obtain. - Although it might not take this long to complete it, for the sake of adding a time frame, @Jdawger has a year from the day of the contract's approval to complete the task.
