Welcome to the town of Redacre!
    Mayor: Generaljoecool
    Co-mayor: Pielover1237

The town's portal is located on Floor 4, lapis row, sandstone quadrant of the portal room.

    General Information:

The town of Redacre is the third town in the Ziotilthanian Nation, the other two being Crannington and Fresnia. The town of Redacre is planned to be a plot town for newer users to the server, meaning residents and builders. While they may have a higher than average cost, new users will have a few days to acquire the funds for the plot. This town's goal is meant to be a safe heaven for a user to store their items, and get some bonuses like e-repairs and farm access. The town is currently closed and will not accept plot sales until after I choose a co-mayor for the town.

What is offered with a plot:

Owning a plot in the town will give you access to town features, like the public farm, and a free chest in the town repair center. Also water, lava, and ext creations needed within the town will be provided for free.

    Plot Prices:

At the current time, there are four types of plots offered. For house plots, there are 10x10, 15x15, and 20x20 plots. They are priced at $1000, $2500, and $4000 respectively. Also, if you are a resident interested in running a shop in a town instead of a user market, we have 10x7 shop plots for sale ($1000) on two of the main streets.

    Town Rules:
Please note, I reserve the right to change and edit these rules over time to adapt to new situations for the town.

Rule 1: There is to be no grief within the borders of the town. If I find grief within the town, it will result in a fine being issued, or removal from the town.

Rule 2: There is to be no stealing within the borders of the town. Please note, that while the server rules allow stealing from unlocked chests, I will not tolerate it with my town members. Stealing of any kind will result in you receiving your three day eviction notice from a region owner.

Rule 3: The bushes around your plot are town property, and not part of your plot. The owner of a plot is not allowed to modify the bushes, or build on top of them.

Rule 4: Do not build beyond the borders of your plot.

Rule 5 : Do not build higher than twenty blocks up (y 84). This rule is in place to prevent skyscrapers that will feel out of place in this town.

Rule 6: Do not builder lower than five blocks down (y 59). This rule is in place as most of the public town features are built underground, and I like to keep the space free for them.

Rule 7: There are to be no private farms built on any plots. Farms make houses look horrible, and leave most houses looking the same. Feel free to use the public town farm for all your farming needs.

Rule 8: All shops need to be built on the designated shop plots.

Rule 9: Users must remain active on the server to keep their plots in this town. If you are offline for longer than seven days, you may be removed from the town. If you are going to be offline for some times, please inform a town owner, and we will be glad to give you some more time. All times for inactivity are based on /seen.

Rule 10: There is to be no mining in this town. As stated above, most of the public town features are underground, mining may cause unneeded damage to them, and increase difficulty to expand. If you want to mine, please either user the mining world, or the /wild command.

Rule 11: No eyesores are to be built on plots. I know everyone is not a good builder, and neither am I. However please put effort into your builds, and not just make a perfect cube house out of one block, or something similar.

Rule 12: Replant the public farm after harvesting.

There really isn't anything to show in the town right now. Just the town walls, the town hall, and the farm. I would advise going through the portal and taking a walk around the town and seeing for yourself.

Bumping the thread as the following has changed:

    Town has opened
    New co-mayor
Plot prices changed (10x10 and 10x7 shop plots are now cheaper)
